2024 NURSING/CARE HOME

 CHRISTMAS CARD

 PROJECT

TIPS:

  • If you are sending just a few cards, then you can send them individually if you want to.

  • If you send Quite a Few or BULK cards, then we suggest you mail all of the cards to EACH facility in ONE mailer envelope or package. It will save you quite a bit of money on postage.

  • Unless specified on the list, per entry, then I would write on the outside of each card envelope "To A Christmas Resident" or "To a Hanukkah Resident".

  • PLEASE try to remember that is is hard for residents to deal with glitter and confetti. So if possible, please try not to used these on or in the cards that you send. We understand some people already have "glitter cards" and if that is all you have, that's ok to send. Just don't add any additional glitter please. And do not add any of that confetti stuff that falls out of the cards when you open them.

  • You MAY send little things like puzzle pages, coloring pages, little inserts, bookmarks, inspiration cards, etc if you wish.

  • Cards need to go out soon to give Activity Coordinators time to sort the cards for the residents.

  • PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU SIGN EVERY SINGLE CARD!!

  • IF YOU ARE SENDING THESE IN BULK MAILER, PLEASE DO NOT SEAL EACH CARD. JUST TUCK THE ENVELOPE FLAPS INTO THE CARD ENVELOPE IN THE BACK.  - This makes it easier for the residents to open them.
