SUBMISSIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED FROM
NOVEMBER 1ST, 2024 - NOVEMBER 15TH, 2024!
Get yourself familiar with the
SUBMISSION GUIDELINES FOR 2024:
- Before you submit your reguests we would like to remind everybody that the purpose of The Angel Card Project, the reason we started it in the first place, was and always has been "To help people in need". It's our way of reaching out to those in the world who really need to know they are not alone. There MUST be a LEGITIMATE reason the person is needing cards, or we will have to reject it. -
- There is a limit of
3 submissions per person.
- It is important that you
VERIFY with the card recipient that you have their consent/permission to submit their name to receive cards from The Angel Card Project. If you have NOT received their permission, please do that FIRST before submitting their information. By making this submission, this makes you legally liable for submitting their information to us.
- If you need cards to go to multiple persons in one household, please submit the family as one entry. (i.e. The Smith Family). PLEASE PUT "THE" IN THE FIRST NAME BOX AND "SMITH FAMILY" (EXAMPLE) AS THE LAST NAME. -
WE WILL ONLY ALLOW ONE SUBMISSION PER ADDRESS. If multiple submissions are made for the SAME address, we will remove ALL of them without notice or warning.
- NO Nursing Homes or Care Facilities will be allowed for 2024 for the Master List. If you are interested in sending to those types of places please join our
FACEBOOK GROUP as we will have a separate project going on for them.
- Please DO NOT type in ALL CAPS. - If you type in ALL CAPS we will remove the submission and it will NOT be included. - ALSO you MAY NOT use ANY Initials in ANY of the NAME fields. You must give us complete FIRST and LAST names spelled out. If initials are used we will delete the submissions.
- We are only accepting submissions for persons in The United States of America, Canada and APO/PFO addresses. - Requests for OTHER countries can me made in our
FACEBOOK GROUP.
- We can NOT accept submissions for children under the age of 5. - If you submit a child under the age of 5 years old as a single entry, we will remove the submission.
- If Submitting the name of a minor, under the age of 18 years of age, the child's parent or legal guardian information must be included and a letter will be sent to the parent/guardian letting them know who submitted the child's name to the list.
- All submissions must be received by November 15th, 2024 - 12:00pm central time.
- At this time we will NOT be allowing submissions to any Prison Inmates due to regulations. So if an inmate request is made we will delete it without notice.
Anyone
NOT following
ALL of the guidelines will have all of their submissions removed without any further communication given.
